This Agreement for Internet Advertising Services (the “Agreement”) is made and effective the 12 Feb 2020
Affilinext ad network private limited (the “Advertising Service Provider“), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the India , with its head office located at: Street Shashtri nagar, ghaziabad, India,U72900UP2018PTC106426.
In consideration of the terms and covenants of this agreement, and other valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:

- The Parties shall, based on the Requests provided by the Customer in the manner and under the terms defined by the Agreement, provide to the Customer the marketing services and Customer shall pay renumeration to the Advertising Service Provider for the provision of the services.
- Detailed parameters, scope of services and deadlines and other essential conditions shall be agreed upon by the Parties in the Requests of the Customer for the provision of services.
- At the request of the Customer and upon the agreement of the Parties, the Advertising Service Provider may also provide the Services directly to third parties, customers of the Customer. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the remuneration for such provision of the Services will be borne by the Customer and the terms of service provision will be governed by this Agreement.

Obligations of the Customer
- Timely and in full pay for the services of the Advertising service provider in accordance with the Agreement;
- Timely provide the Advertising service provider with all the information and materials needed for the execution of the Agreement.
- Immediately inform the Advertising service provider of any changes related to the previously provided materials and information;

- The Parties undertake to cooperate closely with each other, in particular to provide complete, true and timely information necessary for the proper performance of their obligations and, in the event of a change in the material circumstances affecting or likely to affect the performance of this Agreement, immediately, but no later than within three (3) business days, inform the other Party.
- The parties are obliged to fulfill their obligations in a proper and timely manner, so as not to delay their performance. If a Party is late in fulfilling its obligations, it shall notify the other Party without undue delay of the reason for the delay and the expected date and manner of its removal.
